The costs to get something 3D printed can vary greatly. The time it takes to print the item, the materials, the quantity and complexity of the part are all considered when coming up with a quote.
That varies from printer to printer. Prusa i3 MK3S+ build volume 9.84"×8.3"×8.3" (25×21×21 cm)
Mark Two build volume: 12.6 x 5.2 x 6 in (32 x 13.2 x 15.4 cm)
That is based on your application. Do you need a model or a part that wont see hard use? a simple PLA would work great. Do you want a part that you can use in your final prototype? Then Onyx with fiberglass or carbon fiber reinforcement material might be a better choice.
This varies on the size, density, material, and complexity. It can range from as little as one hour to multiple days.
